According to Alfonso Cevola, self-proclaimed Italian Wine Guy, who has registered the name, as if anyone cared, but whose forebears came from Italy (he mentioned this once, long ago) the European Union has unleashed Italy from its new DOPland and allowed Italy to play its old tricks. Intriguingly, Snoop Dogg has been called in to manage the relapse of Italy into its customary dog and pony show.
